Question: What does it cost?
Answer: A full day is only $1,400 with cash or check payment.
Question:
How many people can fish at one time?
Answer: We specialize in taking a group of 6 or less
to the offshore waters of the gulf-stream.
Question:
How long is the trip?
Answer: We depart from the dock approximately 5:30-6:00
AM and return about 5:00 PM in the evening. Total time
fishing is about eight hours.

Question: What will I catch?
Answer: Depending on the time of year you go fishing, you can expect to hook up with big blue marlin, giant bluefin tuna, large yellowfin tuna, dolphin (mahi-mahi), wahoo, king mackerel, white marlin, sailfish and more. Click here for seasonal information. We focus on billfishing during the months of July, August and September. We frequently catch dolphin and other species while we're out. |
Question: Are children allowed to fish?
Answer: Of course. We cater to families with children and encourage everyone to fish with us.
Question: What do I need to bring?
Answer: We provide tournament quality tackle. Whether you are fighting a citation dolphin or a 1,077 lb. blue marlin, our equipment is maintained to stand up to the test. If you prefer fly fishing, you are welcome to bring your gear.

Question: Where are you located?
Answer: The Swordfish is located at Hatteras Landing, in Hatteras Village by the ferry dock on North Carolina's Outer Banks from March through December. We're in Isla Mujeres, Cancun, Mexico from January through March.
Question: Do you offer food?
Answer: Missi Smith, the Lunch Lady, offers a service that can provide lunches for your party so you do not have
to worry about it the night before.
